My vision was to create a safe space for women to be unapologetically themselves, whilst working towards being a better version of themselves.
Thriving in a community of women who are a part of something much bigger than what you’d get in a commercial gym.
From mindset, well-being, health, fitness, beauty and business goals.

Situated on a private business village, our Empire offers Gym Memberships, Coaches and Pamper time for you to prioritise your health and fitness and overall happiness!
Within our space we have:
3 Highly qualified Personal Trainers who specialise in fat loss, strength & muscle building. Working with a supportive community of women at our private, fully equipped gym.

Our own Nail Tech who specialising in BIAB who works around your busy lifestyle offering really early morning appointments with a homely environment and coffee and a chin wag within your service!

How To Become A Part Of Our Empire
We have limited spaces within our gym membership due to keeping our space as exclusive and comfortable as possible.
No persons under the age of 16 allowed on these premises.
To be a client/customer of our coaches/beauticians,

We hold our gym inductions from 10am-6pm every Monday with our wonderful receptionist Clare!

If you struggle with having your own time and want somewhere to focus solely on your goals and aspirations, then our Empire is the place for you.
Alongside being a client/member you have access to our reception which has drinks/snacks/games etc for you to make yourself at home, unwind and be surrounded by women who are on the same path as you.
We understand how hard it is in every day life to have that positive, fresh attitude around you. Which is what we cherish the most in our space!
