MBB EMPIRE — MEMBERSHIP TERMS SUMMARY

By purchasing an MBB Empire membership, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the full Terms & Conditions presented at sign-up, including the following:

Minimum Term

Your membership has a 3-month minimum term. Membership payments remain due throughout this minimum term unless you have a statutory right to cancel or another right expressly provided within the full Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation

After any applicable statutory cancellation rights, membership cancellation requires 14 days’ written notice.

Cancellation requests must be submitted directly to MBB Empire in writing via our official WhatsApp or MBB Empire Instagram account. Please retain your sent message and our written acknowledgement as evidence that your request has been received and is being processed.

Membership Use

Your membership gives you access to the services and facilities included within your chosen membership for the duration of your active membership.

It is the member’s responsibility to make use of the services available. Choosing not to attend the gym, classes or use other available membership benefits does not itself cancel the membership, pause payments or create an entitlement to a refund.

Payments

Membership payments will continue in accordance with the payment schedule agreed at sign-up until the minimum contractual term and applicable cancellation requirements have been satisfied.

Your full MBB Empire Terms & Conditions agreed to at sign-up remain applicable.
